ThyssenKrupp Tallent employs circa 1600 people producing a variety of axles, subframes and other vehicle components. The continuing health, safety and welfare of all employees is an integral part of our business strategy.

Continuous improvement in our safety systems and procedures is ongoing and such activities as safety training, manual handling awareness seminars, health surveillance and early medical intervention following illness and accidents are routine throughout the company.

This total commitment to improving our safety record has seen accidents fall continuously over the last 6 years. People within the organisation now take increasing responsibility for the safety of themselves as well as for others.
